Do I need to download an app?

No app store download is required. ContrAPPtor runs in a web browser on your phone, tablet, or computer. Once you have access, open your business's app link, sign in, and bookmark it for next time.

Do I need an internet connection?

Yes. Use WiFi or mobile data to access the app and work with your records. Offline use is not currently offered.

How many user roles are there?

There are four business roles: Admin, Manager, Crew, and Viewer. These support different responsibilities and access levels. A separate Developer role handles technical administration.

How will my team get started?

The pilot is being prepared as a guided onboarding experience: business setup, team access and roles, then a first real job. Enrollment details will be available here when pilot access opens.

What is ContrAPPtor?

ContrAPPtor is job and crew management software for contractors. It brings together job details, team time tracking, work logs, materials, photos, and job site history.

Who is it for?

Owner operators and contractor teams who need practical tools for managing fieldwork and keeping records organized.

Can I use it on my own?

Yes. ContrAPPtor helps solo owner operators organize jobs and records, as well as teams working together.

Can I look up previous work at a property?

Yes. Job site history keeps previous work and its records available for reference. Archiving clears your active view without deleting that history.

Can I export my records?

Yes. Export options include spreadsheets, PDFs, and printable reports. Import and export will be part of a paid offering after the pilot; final plan details are still being developed.

Does it include billing and estimating?

Not yet. Billing and estimating tools are in development.

What does the pilot cost?

Participation is free during the pilot. Paid plans and any optional extras will be explained before paid access begins.
